Responsibilities:
- Use consumer intelligence platforms (GWI, TGI, Statista) to build audience profiles, uncover behavioural trends, and inform strategic planning;
- Conduct market, competitor, and category analysis to identify untapped growth levers;
- Analyse paid media performance across search, social, and programmatic and translate results into strategic recommendations;
- Build and maintain client dashboards, reports, and data models using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
- Synthesise data from GA4, ad platforms, CRM systems, SEMrush, and research tools into cohesive strategic narratives;
- Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs rooted in commercial outcomes — revenue, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention;
- Identify where spend is working, where it's leaking, and where the next opportunity sits;
- Present insights directly to senior client stakeholders — making the business case, not just the data case;
- Partner with account directors, media teams, and strategists to shape briefs, pitches, and quarterly business reviews.
