We are looking for a strategic and highly execution-oriented Marketing Coordinator to work hands-on in coordinating and implementing go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns for our games in Brazil.
This role requires a strong sense of ownership in execution, solid knowledge of the local market, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, partners, and campaigns simultaneously in a dynamic gaming industry environment, working in close alignment with global teams.
Responsabilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Support and execute go-to-market plans aligned with global strategy, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, locally relevant, and focused on business results. You will work across the full game lifecycle, including influencer marketing, community, PR, paid media, platform strategy, creative development, budget control, and live operations;
- Campaign & Partnership Coordination
Act as the main local point of contact for marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners. Coordinate campaigns, regional activations, and events, ensuring alignment with global objectives and delivery of key KPIs;
- Project Management & Performance Analysis
Manage campaigns end-to-end, tracking timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Analyze performance, conduct post-campaign reviews, and turn insights into actionable improvements while managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Market & Audience Insights
Monitor the Brazilian gaming market (PC, console, and mobile), player behavior, and cultural trends. Translate insights into strategic recommendations to strengthen brand positioning, campaign effectiveness, and community engagement.
