What we’re looking for:
- We’re seeking an exceptionally driven and dedicated Recruiter to take full ownership of hiring at UENI.
You will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, playing a crucial role in attracting top talent that will help us scale and achieve our ambitious goals.
- You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders at all levels, ensuring we hire the best candidates while delivering a first-class recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have significant internal recruitment experience, a deep understanding of business goals, and the ability to identify individuals who are a perfect cultural fit.
This role requires fluent written and spoken English.
Candidates must be based in Central/South America.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process across all roles, including technology and business positions
- Partnering with company leaders to understand hiring needs and draft job descriptions
- Proactively sourcing candidates through online channels, professional networks, and referrals
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, with a focus on active and passive candidates
- Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks
- Screening resumes and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring stages with internal stakeholders
- Driving the offer process: extending offers, closing candidates, and preparing offer letters
- Creating and implementing recruitment strategies and policies to improve hiring practices
- Designing and promoting employee referral programs
