Why This Role Exists:
Our paid media capability is growing fast — more clients, bigger budgets, more channels. We need someone who can own the full paid media campaigns: hands-on in the platforms, sharp on performance, and able to report back to clients in a way that connects spend to business outcomes. This isn't a pure management role. You'll run campaigns, optimise them, and make sure the numbers tell a story worth listening to.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, and other relevant platforms.
- Own campaign performance end-to-end — budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative rotation.
- Build and deliver client-facing performance reports that connect media metrics to commercial outcomes — revenue, ROAS, LTV, CAC.
- Develop and refine reporting frameworks and dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.
- Manage media budgets across a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring spend efficiency and maximising return.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests across copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
- Advise clients on media strategy, channel mix, and budget allocation based on data and results.
- Stay across platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to keep Granite ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the Strategy & Intelligence Lead to connect campaign performance with broader audience and market insights.
- Partner with account directors, creative teams, and developers to ensure campaigns are properly briefed, built, and tracked.
- Mentor and develop junior paid media team members as the function grows.
